Steven Escobar will receive his award on June 2, 2012 from 4:00 p.m to 9:00 pm at New York City of CBS Studios located at 4024 Radford Avenue Studio City, CA 91604. Event to be hosted by Noel S. V. Omega.

Synopsis: 
Max Jones (Connor Stanhope) is a teenage boy with a problem. He’s moving to California with his father. Unfortunately, Digger, his furry best friend, won’t be able to come along because ferrets are illegal in the Golden State.  When Max finds a way to sneak Digger across the border, he thinks his troubles are over.  But the fun and games have just begun!  Max meets and joins forces with The Ferret Squad, a group of quirky kids who spend their summer days rescuing and fostering illegal ferrets. When Animal Control plans to destroy some confiscated ferrets, Max and the Ferret Squad go on a desperate mission to save the poor animals by transporting them across the border with the law and their parents in hot pursuit.

Pamela Burga: Pamela Burga, is someone who has worked to bring education reform to Los Angeles, she feel it important to have leadership representation that prioritizes improving educational opportunities for all students of all economic backgrounds. 4. Wendy Bruget: Ms. Bruget began her career as a union organizer for the Association of Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs. A native of Santa Barbara, California, Ms.Bruget is a graduate of University California at Santa Barbara, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Some of her recent accomplishments include: Working with a coalition including The League of California Cities successful passage of Proposition 98. Ms. Bruget is particularly proud of her involvement of the formation of the Baja California Binational Mayors Summit, which emerged from the initial dialogues of the 2008 Border Governors Conference in Los Angeles, California. She also serves on the American Diabetes Association (ADA) Los Angeles Political Roast Committee, which is the highest grossing fundraising event for the ADA. Myrna Smith of Elvis Presly Sweet Inspirations DiedIt is very sad to inform to all you our readers the we received an email today around 7:00 am from Myrna Smith of ‘Elvis Presley’ “Sweet Inspirations” brother John Utley’s friend stating the she have passed away on December 24, 2010 at 11:45 PM. Myrna was leaving her last moments in her house in Winnetka, California with her brother John Smith. Per our conversation with John’s friend  they will held her services at the end of January and they expect Whitney Houston and Lisa Marie Presley will attend to the memorial services. Myrna also worked with Aretha Franklin.
